What is a Chiropractor?

How long will I need chiropractic care?
That is a difficult question to answer. It’s almost like asking “how long will I need to make healthy choices?” The honest answer is, “It depends, but either way it’s for as long as you’d like!” We are in a hurry to get you out of pain, keep you out of pain, and help you safely and effectively reach your goals. Some people find they only need a few visits. Some people just want a tune up and enjoy how much easier their day goes when chiropractic is part of their self care plan. Some people are more severely injured and require different treatments for different stages of healing. Lastly, some people have been putting off taking care of themselves for far too long and know they need a lot of work! But in any case, we are here to support you as part of your health team and will help you during any part of your journey to better health!
Are there chiropractic specialists?
Chiropractors may choose to specialize to better treat different populations and injuries through diplomate programs and certifications. Our Chiropractic Physicians specialize in treating injuries from car accidents and sports injuries.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment(s)?

What do I need to bring?
Be prepared to provide your ID, medical coverage cards (if applicable), and previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication.
What should I wear to my appointment?
You may wear whatever is comfortable to your appointment. It may help if you are able to move around well with basic movements.
Do I have to be referred by a doctor?
No, chiropractors can diagnose and treat without referral by a medical doctor. However, we are more than happy to work alongside your medical doctors and physical therapists to better help you.
What conditions does chiropractic treat?
Our Chiropractors are experts in treating the entire musculoskeletal system. We most often see our patients initially for neck pain and back pain. Many patients are then surprised and excited to find we can help many more issues than that! How do I know if my insurance covers chiropractic services?
Even among the same insurance companies, plans and chiropractic coverage can change from year to year at your insurance company’s discretion. We are happy to check on your insurance eligibility for you and simply need your insurance card and ID. Please ask about our competitive cash pricing if those pesky deductibles are out of reach this year!
