Seasons Chiropractic Massage Therapy

You Get Massage Therapy Services Too!

Our Licensed Massage Therapists have put in a lot of hours and training to get you feeling incredible! After completing their massage license, they’ve gone on to receive their Masters and advanced structural training in massage. We are happy to provide you with one of only two massage therapists in our state being specially trained in treating auto accident injuries through the Personal Injury Training Institute. This gets you better, longer lasting results. A massage therapist will help prepare the patient before they see the chiropractor for a general or auto accident injury chiropractic adjustment. Massage therapy in our chiropractic office focuses specifically around the spine and it's relationship to muscles, nerves, and joints. By localizing nerve areas that need attention, treatment can be given that will promote healing relating to spinal health.

How Does Chiropractic Care and Massage Therapy Work Together?

We understand that every individual's journey to recovery is unique, especially when dealing with car accident injuries. That's why we believe in a holistic approach to care that integrates chiropractic adjustments with massage therapy to optimize healing and improve outcomes.

Chiropractic care focuses on aligning the spine and restoring proper function to the musculoskeletal system. After a car accident, the impact forces can misalign the spine, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Our chiropractors use gentle, hands-on adjustments to realign the spine, alleviate nerve pressure, and promote natural healing.

However, car accident injuries often involve not only spinal misalignments but also soft tissue damage, such as muscle strains and ligament sprains. This is where massage therapy becomes an invaluable complement to chiropractic care.

Massage therapy targets the soft tissues surrounding the spine, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments. By applying manual techniques such as kneading, stretching, and deep tissue massage, our licensed massage therapists can help:

  1. Reduce Muscle Tension: Massage therapy helps release tension and tightness in the muscles, promoting relaxation and improving flexibility. This can alleviate pain and stiffness caused by car accident injuries.
  2. Promote Circulation: Massage therapy increases blood flow to the injured area, which accelerates the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to damaged tissues. Improved circulation also aids in the removal of toxins and metabolic waste, facilitating the healing process.
  3. Enhance Range of Motion: By addressing muscle stiffness and promoting tissue flexibility, massage therapy can enhance the range of motion in affected joints. This allows for smoother chiropractic adjustments and helps prevent further injury.
  4. Relieve Stress and Anxiety: Car accidents can be traumatic experiences, leading to heightened stress and anxiety. Massage therapy promotes relaxation, reduces stress hormones like cortisol, and stimulates the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers.
  5. Support Overall Well-Being: Our patient-centered approach prioritizes not only physical healing but also emotional and mental well-being. Massage therapy provides a nurturing and supportive environment for patients to unwind, de-stress, and focus on their recovery journey.

By combining chiropractic care and massage therapy, we address both the structural and soft tissue components of car accident injuries, providing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Our goal is to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and empower our patients to regain control of their health and well-being.
