The problem is bigger than one sore spot

An accident can follow you into every part of your day.

The collision may be over, but the physical discomfort and mental load can stay with you while you work, drive, sleep, and try to return to normal.

External problem

Movement no longer feels normal

Turning your head, sitting, lifting, sleeping, or driving may feel uncomfortable.

Internal problem

You are unsure what to do next

Symptoms, paperwork, and conflicting advice can leave you without a clear starting point.

What you deserve

Care should see the whole situation

Your symptoms, history, daily demands, and goals should shape the plan—not a preset schedule.

Common concerns after a collision

People come to Seasons looking for help with:

  • Neck pain and whiplash
  • Back pain and stiffness
  • Headaches
  • Shoulder and joint discomfort

The cost of inaction

When you do not have a clear plan, the accident keeps making decisions for you.

The cost is not only the discomfort you feel today. It is the time, attention, confidence, and ordinary moments that uncertainty can keep taking from your life.

You begin compensating

You quietly change how you move through the day.

You turn your whole body instead of your neck. You change how you sit, sleep, lift, drive, or work because you are not sure what will make things worse.

Your world gets smaller

You start saying no before you know whether you have to.

Exercise, family plans, projects, and the routines that make you feel like yourself may keep getting postponed while you wait for more certainty.

The mental load grows

The unanswered questions become another problem to carry.

You may be sorting through symptoms, appointments, insurance questions, and conflicting advice without knowing which next step actually fits your situation.

The better alternative

Replace guesswork with a clear starting point.

A focused evaluation cannot rewrite the accident, but it can help you understand what may be contributing, what your options are, and what a personalized path forward could look like.

  • Understand the problem before choosing the care
  • Know what to expect from the next step
  • Build recommendations around your life and goals

You do not need to wait until you have every answer—and you do not need to figure it out alone.

Seasons is your guide

You do not need to navigate recovery alone.

Seasons combines collision-specific experience with care that starts by listening. Your recommendations follow the evaluation and adapt to your symptoms, movement, and goals.

More than an adjustment

Care is chosen after Seasons understands the injury.

There is no single treatment that fits every collision. Your evaluation helps determine which options make sense for your presentation and goals.

01

Focused assessment

Discuss the collision, symptoms, history, and movement concerns. Physical exams and imaging may be considered when clinically appropriate.

02

Hands-on care

Recommendations may include chiropractic adjustments and soft-tissue or manual muscle work based on the evaluation.

03

Movement support

Targeted exercises, education, and practical guidance can help you participate in the process outside the office.

04

Progress check-ins

The team monitors how you are responding and discusses adjustments to the approach when your needs change.

Your recommended care, visit frequency, and any imaging decisions depend on your individual evaluation.

A simple plan

Three steps to a clearer way forward.

  1. Book the dedicated auto-injury evaluation

Choose the appointment designed specifically for a new patient after a collision.

  2. Understand what may be contributing

Talk through the accident, your symptoms, movement, history, and goals.

  3. Follow a personalized care plan

Review the recommended options and how progress will be evaluated over time.

What to bring to your first visit

  • Insurance card and photo ID
  • Relevant scan or MRI reports, if you have them
  • A medication list, if relevant
  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move

Do I need a referral?

No. Seasons’ chiropractors can diagnose and treat without a referral from a medical doctor. They are also happy to work alongside your doctors and physical therapists.

Will auto insurance cover care?

Auto insurance covers 100% of care for auto-accident injuries.

Will I need X-rays or an MRI?

Imaging is not a one-size-fits-all step. The doctor will evaluate your situation and discuss whether imaging is clinically appropriate. Bring existing reports if you have them.

How many visits will I need?

There is no predetermined schedule for every patient. Recommendations are discussed after the team evaluates your symptoms, movement, history, and goals.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. Clothing that allows you to move through basic movements can make the evaluation easier.

What if my symptoms feel urgent or severe?

Chiropractic booking is not emergency care. If you believe you may have a medical emergency or your symptoms are severe or rapidly worsening, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
